06 Bonuses & Promotions

08 Casino & Game Rules

The casino section of q888 includes slots, live dealer games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack and others), fish shooting games and bingo. The following general rules apply:

• All games are governed by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical cards, wheels or tiles managed by the live dealer. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting q888 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to any applicable verification requirements.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the q888 platform — including but not limited to the q888 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content, text, software and data feeds — is the property of q888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
